After more than 100 years since the last pandemic, in 2020, we are surprised by the new type of virus, the SARS-CoV-2, that has infected more than 5 million people around the world. We might have some question, like how does this virus infect our body, why is this virus really dangerous, and how does our immune system react to the virus?
Well, by using the immunopathology approach, we finally know the answer about how the virus affects our body and our immune system and eventually find the possible treatment for those who suffer severe COVID-19 symptoms.
