In such a pandemic it has become mandatory to build a strong immunity system . Here is something you can have daily to boost your immunity & fight back bacteria – KADHA for Covid -19 . This kadha is an all rounder having all the medicinal properties & can also be used to cure viral flu , cold , cough & sore throat .
Ingredients –
Tulsi ( Basil Leaves ) – Anti-biotic , rich in vitamin A & C , best for cold , sore throat , fever , cure respiratory disorders , anti-allergic , anti-bacterial , anti-aging
Ginger – Fights germs / bacteria , lowers blood sugar , cold & flu prevention , reduces pain & inflammation ,
Cardimom – Anti – oxidant , protects from chronic diseases , treat infections , treat bad breath
Cloves – Kill bacteria , improve liver health , reduce ulcers
Turmeric – Boost immunity , relief from arthritic pain , detoxifies the liver , promotes weight loss
Carrom seeds – Helps in digestion , prevents coughing , improve air flow , good for lungs & stomach
Black pepper – Cancer fighting properties , lowers cholesterol , anti-oxidant , anti – inflammatory properties , treats asthama
Bay leaf – Improves respiratory conditions , heart health , digestion , reduces anxiety & stress , manages diabetes
Cinnamon – Treat virus infections , neuro degenerative disease , prevent type 2 diabetes , powerhouse of ant -oxidants , anti-fungal , anti-viral
Jaggery -Improves metabolism , nervous system , rich in iron – minerals , water retention , purifies blood
Substitute for Jaggery – Honey / Pink Salt
Dosage – 1 cup early morning – empty stomach
If travelling outside due to daily activities then compulsorily have this kadha atleast twice a day .
