A super powered Immune boosting smoothie loaded with nutritional ingredients to help protect you and your family from viruses and bacteria. All the ingredients are packed with vitamins and minerals to assist your immune system when facing any flu or bug or virus.
Covid19 or the Corona Virus has changed our lives and it is a wake-up call to all of us to continue to try to improve our overall health and that of our families and loved ones. Our personal choices more than ever effect the lives of the people around us.

Super Immune Boosting Smoothie Recipe:
-1 Large peeled orange
-1/2 cup pure Pomegranate juice
-1 inch peeled fresh ginger
-1/2 cup coconut Kefir (or yogurt or a banana)
-1 to 2 cups Organic Coconut water
-1 tablespoon MCT oil (or flax seed oil or small avocado)
-1/2 cup Wild Blueberries
-2 to 3 cups fresh Organic spinach
-handful of Cilantro or Parsley
Blend until smooth and add water as needed for desired consistency. Keep remainder covered in the fridge and remix before drinking.
