I must say that Vitamin D deficiency pandemic had opened doors to Novel-corona pandemic.
I have a good news to share, I have been questioning all my patients who are regularly coming to past 4 years, to my surprise that more than 95% of them did not suffer from cold and respiratory disease past 3-4 years. This was an eye opener to me; all my patients are on serious Vit D and other micronutrient medication under my supervision. Most of them came to me to prevent surgery on their back and neck. I have saved at least 6500 from surgery by simple but serious conservative management.
This experience clearly demonstrated that vitamin D protects from influenza and corona group of viruses which are responsible respiratory disease all over the world. This doesn’t give you freedom to just go and buy pills of the counter and keep on eating, Vitamin D if not administered properly can cause serious issues. Hope you enjoy the information
