WINDHOEK, 04 JUL (NAMPA)- Director of Primary Health Care Services in the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Naemi Shoopla said breastfeeding of babies must continue despite COVID-19 infected mothers. Speaking at the COVID-19 Communication Centre in the capital on Friday, Shoopala said breast milk is the most effective protection mechanism against infections as it boosts the baby’s immune system.
