Rich Roll’s plant-based diet has progressed through several iterations. Initially, concerned about deficiencies, Rich relied heavily on supplements. These days he tries not to overcomplicate his diet, choosing to eat whole plant-based foods as close to their natural state as possible. He measures blood biomarkers and takes supplements as needed, particularly for vitamin B12.
