Sneak Peak- Dr. Kim’s 9 Tips

1. Water – 70% water almost 100 degrees (98.6) very hot
-Super hydrate to keep the water flowing and flushing toxins out of body but warm or
-Hot water.
-Every 1 degree temp drop 30% WBC stops working and 50% enzymes stops working
-Keep the body of water warm with hot tea, soup, hot sauna, exercise, and laugh
2. Greens – Increase veggies and natural foods…gives more life and feeds probiotics
3. Sugar – Reduce processed sugar – junk foods and packaged goods, but more fruits
4. Fat – Increase natural fat – avocado, coconut oil
5. Supplements – Vitamin C (1000 mg q hour) and D3 up to 20,000 IU per day.
