Mental health is something that should be talked about more. I know that a lot of people are stressed right now because of Covid-19. Being stuck at home isn’t easy and may feel isolating at times. Not knowing what the future holds can be stressful. In this video I want to help people to find ways to better their mental health during this pandemic.
