My dad has had multiple surgeries on his left shoulder and likes to joke that he can’t even press a button anymore, I think he proved that wrong, he said that was his first time benching 225lbs in 4 or 5 years.

The gym was really blasting the oldies today, this videos gonna get demonetized before I ever even get monetized lol.

My working sets were 70% x 3 = 165lbs/75kg
80% x 3 = 190lbs/86kg
90% x 3+ = 210lbs/95kg x 9
