the no fade channel checking in on today’s episode of the supplement review we are getting elite we are getting ultimate as I review body tech elites ultimate BCAA their fruit punch flavor now she shoutout to Vitamin Shoppe this is a vitamin shop product I rent a Spartan race as many of you who’ve been watching this channel know and they were given out a ton of free samples which is always nice to try stuff before you have to buy it so let’s just quickly dive right and you can pick this up a few places the primary one is vitamin shoppe or vitamin shoppe calm that shop is the the old spelling of the london spelling or the UK spelling sh oppe i believe it is vitamin shoppe column or any of the vitamin shoppe locations just in terms of cost i got this for free as you can see it as a sample packet I went online and was able to see it for a dollar per serving before we even dive in so a dollar per serving I saw it as low as 83 cents per serving but keep in mind I know vitamin shoppe does a ton of coupons and this and that so you can probably pick it up for less so let’s just quickly dive right in this is supposed to be a BCA a product that replenishes electrolytes improves recovery and boosts and old production so one serving is fifteen point five grams we’ve got three grams of carbohydrates vitamin c b6 chloride sodium and potassium also for electrolytes and replenishing if you’re doing those hard workouts we’ve got coconut water powder at 500 milligrams and then we have BCAAs we’ve got five grams we’ve got l-leucine 3.5 grams isoleucine and valine both coming in at one point seven five grams also we’ve got l-citrulline d malate 1550 1.5 grams that is for a no production blood flow and whatnot we’ve got glycerin also at one gram taurine at one gram those both are gonna help a little bit with pumps and O production in terms of flavor oh one last ingredient and al sido al cytosine 100 milligrams which is good for recovery in terms of flavors this comes in two flavors and I got fruit punch don’t know why companies do some of these basic fruit punch flavors because no one’s ever excited to get fruit punch I’ll put the other flavor or both the flavors up here I will say if you’re gonna do fruit punch it’s a supplement company give it a little twist make it a little bit more interesting than just basic fruit punch let’s see how this tastes and then let’s talk about one you would take this and if I think it’s worth your money yeah I took above-average fruit punch flavor not gonna complain about it but of course no one’s excited or really thrilled about downing a fruit punch BCAA flavor when would I take this ultimate BCAA drink through the package it tells you to take it anytime you want during workouts before after on non training days I would probably take this during my workout maybe towards the beginning if I was working out on it on a semi empty stomach or during my workout if I just wanted like an electrolyte replenishment drink to kind of help me not really bonk during some of those tougher workouts at $1.00 per serving it’s probably it’s probably a little bit higher at $1 per serving but that’s probably retail right I went online that was retail I guarantee you could find it for less than a dollar per serving when would I buy this if I could get it for $0.50 of serving so so that’s my that’s my definitely buy this definitely a decent product at 50 cents per serving you might not be able to get it for 50 cents per serving you gotta ask yourself you know if it’s worth it for you at 75 cents per serving compared to what else you could be paying for at 75 cents per serving but if this was 50 cents per serving yeah I’d probably recommend it some decent ingredients nothing crazy in terms of amount but you’re just looking to get the job done during some of those tough workouts give you something to drink make sure you’re drinking enough fluids or punishing those electrolytes overall I’m not really gonna complain about it because of course I got the sample packet for free if you can find us for 50 Cent’s definitely worth trying picking off maybe try that other flavor might be better than fruit punch if you are interested in vitamin shops body tech elite ultimate BCAAs go into your local vitamin shop store go to Vitamin Shoppe calm but make sure you are rockin those coupons and get yourself as
