Eating healthy. staying lean and building muscle can be expensive, and us regular peeps have to go outside the box to save money $$$.

It’s less expensive to buy protein powder, but I LOVE Fairlife Milk and shakes. I primarily use protein powder, this is just a small luxury.

So, this is an impromptu video and I hate using the word hack, but this is a little hack that I use to get the most bang for my buck. These are five bucks a piece and so are these. We all love these and these right here. I like the chocolate, but this is the example that I got to use. So, what I do is I combine a cup of these a piece cuz I love chocolate. And this comes out to 220 calories and 26 grams of protein. And it tastes great. So, this is like six servings for, like I said, five bucks a piece or spend $5 on one of these or one of these since this is the comparable um calories and protein macros. So, anyway, that’s what I do to get the most bang for my buck is I buy two of these and I combine them and it tastes fantastic. Just like, you know, the chocolate taste isn’t as comparable as chocolate by itself, but it’s really damn good. So, anyway, that’s what I do. Lers.
