Rate these 1 through 10. Creatine, I’d give creatine a seven. Take this a little before your workout. Really good to increase strength and power. Magnesium oxide. I’d give that a two. The only reason I would take that is if I was severely constipated because it’s a laxative. A problem with magnesium oxide is you only absorb 2 to 3%. Magnesium glycinate. I would give it a 10. You absorb like 80% of it. Great to take about an hour before bed. You have the magnesium and the glycinate, which is glycine, which turns into GABA. and can make you feel calm and assist your sleeping. B12. B12 would be a nine. If you’re deficient, it’s very good to take it. If you’re not deficient, you don’t really need it. You can get B12 from eating red meat and liver. Zinc, definitely a 10. Very important trace mineral. Really good for the immune system. The more junk food you eat, the more you’re going to be deficient. It’s good to help with your smell, taste, and increase testosterone.
