Rate these 1 through 10. Black seed oil. This is a 10. It’s kind of like a hero of pretty much everything. They found this in King Tut’s tomb. Really good for your immune system, your skin, your hair, and reducing inflammation. Ashwagandha a seven or maybe an eight. Any problem with stress or high cortisol, you should be taking ashwagandha. Probiotics nine or a 10 depending on what kind you have. Aluterite is really at the top of the list. Your microbiome is considered another organ and you should eat to support your microbiome. Electrolytes. I would give that an eight depending on what type of electrolytes you take. Of course, I’m not biased on my own. That would be a 10. But most electrolytes have hidden maltodextrin and not high enough in potassium. You want electrolytes with enough potassium, at least 1,000 milligs of potassium per serving size, a good amount of magnesium, and also salt in the form of sea salt. Elderberry, an eight to a nine. It helps decrease the duration and incidence of getting viral infections. Lab lab beans. The four beans tend to give people gas. You never want to consume them raw. I just don’t recommend it because I think for a lot of people it messes with the gut.
