WE’RE NOT GOING TO TRY TO PULL THIS WITH OUR ARMS OR LEAN BACK TOO FAR, BUT REALLY TRY TO ACT AS IF THE HIP IS A SLINGSHOT, RIGHT? SO YOU SAY THE HIPS DO THE WORK. YES, THE HIPS DO THE WORK.
