The Humane Society of Greater Miami is raising a glass and rolling out the welcome mat for wagging tails as it proudly relaunches its trusted veterinary clinic with a new name and expanded services: Wags & Wellness Care Clinic.
To celebrate, the community is invited to a dog-friendly beer garden and puppy party on Sunday, May 31 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Humane Society campus, located at 16101 West Dixie Highway in North Miami Beach.
This isn’t your typical clinic announcement. It’s a lively afternoon where craft brews meet puppy cuddles. Guests can sip selections from Beat Culture Brewery & Kitchen’s pop-up beer garden while mingling with adoptable dogs ready to steal hearts. The event blends a relaxed social atmosphere with a mission-driven celebration of animal care and community connection.

It’s about creating a space where community, care, and connection come together,” said Jossie Aguirre, Executive Director. “With Wags & Wellness Care Clinic, we’re expanding access to veterinary services while celebrating the joy pets bring to our lives, and we thought the best way to do that was with a great beer and a lot of happy dogs.”
The Wags & Wellness Care Clinic represents the next chapter in the organization’s 90-year legacy of service, continuing its commitment to affordable, accessible veterinary care while strengthening the bond between pets and their people across Miami-Dade County.
