Oura Health Oy was hit with a new lawsuit alleging the Finnish health technology company infringed six patents related to fitness tracking technology with its Oura Ring Gen 3 and Gen 4 devices.
Zepp Inc. and Zepp North America say the devices and accompanying mobile application violate US Patent Nos. 8,781,610; 8,989,441; 9,729,693; 10,959,649; 11,806,120; and 10,624,575.
