The Junior League of Scranton’s health and wellness fair took place today at the Marketplace at Steamtown in downtown Scranton.
The event acts as a tool for community members to learn more about accessible healthcare providers in the area.
Attendees were also offered basic health screening and information from 45 vendors.
“We know that this is a need in the community, um, and we are excited to really bring this to the Junior League of Scranton, um, it’s something that we really hold near and dear to our heart, um, and we’re really excited to give back to the community in this way,” said Janette Scardillo, from the Junior League of Scranton.
Today’s wellness fair began at 10 a.m. and ended at 2 a.m.
