Wellbeing is no longer something we switch on and off – and a new partnership between Iberostar Beachfront Resorts and Men’s Health is aiming to reflect exactly that.
The two brands have come together to launch the Iberostar Wellbeing Programme by Men’s Health: an immersive, experience-led approach to fitness, nutrition and recovery that’s fully integrated into the hotel stay – and designed to extend into everyday life long after you’ve checked out.
It marks a broader shift in how we travel. Rather than treating wellness as an add-on, Iberostar has long positioned it as central to the holiday experience itself. Paired with Men’s Health’s authority in fitness, nutrition and performance, the result is a programme built around credible expertise and practical, sustainable habits.
A more holistic approach to wellbeing
At the core of the programme is a simple but effective framework: ‘Train · Eat · Recover’.
Often treated as separate pillars, here they’re brought together into one integrated approach, encouraging guests to experience all three as part of a balanced routine during their stay.

Train, developed by Men’s Health trainer Aarón Santos, offers guided workouts tailored to different fitness levels and goals. Sessions can take place in the gym, outdoors or in-room – whether you’re training solo or in small groups – making full use of the beachfront setting.
Eat, created by Men’s Health nutrition expert Roberto Oliver, centres around three curated menus: Fit Reset for weight management, Strong Power to support muscle development and Balance to maintain energy and vitality. The focus is on nutrition that feels enjoyable and realistic – not restrictive.
Recover, shaped by Women’s Health wellness expert Amalia Panea, places rest and restoration at the centre of the experience. From sleep-support routines to guided relaxation and spa experiences, it’s designed to help guests properly switch off and recharge.

Designed to travel home with you
Available through the Iberostar app and via QR codes across selected Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, the programme is built to be flexible and accessible – both during your stay and beyond it.
The aim is simple: to turn short-term habits into long-term lifestyle shifts.
By embedding wellbeing into every part of the hotel experience, Iberostar is redefining what a holiday can offer – not just rest and escape, but a genuine reset that continues once you’re back home.

A partnership rooted in shared values
‘At Iberostar Beachfront Resorts, wellbeing is embedded in the way we shape travel experiences,’ said Antonio Bauzá.
‘Through the Iberostar Wellbeing Programme by Men’s Health, we extend that commitment beyond the stay itself. Collaborating with Men’s Health – a recognised authority in the wellbeing space – allows us to co-create an experience that is both credible and meaningful, one that begins at the hotel and naturally continues into everyday life.’
