BTS, the K-pop boy band are currently on tour to promote their newest studio album ARIRANG. This is the first time that the 7 of them are performing together live after their mandatory military service. Their Golden Maknae, Jungkook, has been going viral for his impressive physique and energy on stage. In a previous Weverse Live, the K-pop singer shared with his fans 5 easy bodyweight exercises that he does to lose weight and stay in shape.

100 Squats (5 sets of 20): Jungkook reportedly does 100 squats, split into five sets of 20 with a 15‑second break between sets. This high‑repetition pattern works the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core, building endurance and burning calories. The move is also highly functional for dancers, improving leg power and stability.

40 Lunges (2 sets of 20, alternating): Lunges are a standout move in his routine: two sets of 20 alternating lunges (20 each leg). They sculpt the legs, improve balance, and build single‑leg strength, which is essential for the sharp, dynamic footwork required in K‑pop choreography.

30 Crunches: Crunches are his go‑to core finisher, targeting the upper abs. Done for about 30 reps, this exercise helps tighten the stomach, support posture, and give his midsection that controlled, stage‑ready look without needing heavy weights.

Plank circuit: The core of his session is a plank circuit: 1 minute of front plank, followed by 1 minute of side plank on the left, and 1 minute of side plank on the right. This simple sequence builds deep core endurance, stabilises the spine, and strengthens the shoulders and obliques, all of which help Jungkook maintain a tight, controlled posture during long dance practices and performances.

15 Burpees
The finisher is a high‑intensity burst of 15 burpees. A burpee combines a squat, jump, and push‑up, turning one move into a full‑body calorie burner. It spikes the heart rate quickly, builds stamina, and boosts fat loss, making it a fitting closing move to his compact, performance‑focused routine.
