BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Get ready to sweat Binghamton, as a popular sauna centered fitness chain is preparing to open on the Southside.
HOTWORX is a national fitness chain featuring multiple infrared saunas that can fit up to three people. Inside each sauna is a screen with virtual fitness instructors guiding you through your workout. Workouts range from 10 different types including yoga and Pilates.
The fitness studio also features HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) saunas offering Hot Blast, Hot Cycle, and Hot Row. These saunas include the necessary equipment. A functional fitness zone with weights, bands, and more is available in addition to the sauna workouts.
