Rondout Valley High School students participated in Wellness Wednesday on March 25. It was a schoolwide event that provided an opportunity for students and staff to take a mini-pause from instruction and recharge together.

Students chose an activity from the many available student-suggested options. They played card and board games in classrooms, made paper flowers, and even had an ice cream party. There were Legos in the cafeteria and a movie in the auditorium. \
Spring was in the air, and many students went outdoors to play games on the field, take part in a nature walk, or play corn hole. It was a great way for the high school community to destress and reconnect.
