DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) – A man allegedly shot over a dozen bullets at deputies in Greater Cincinnati while they were responding to a wellness check.
According to a release from the Warren County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were sent to a home on Mason-Montgomery Road for a “wellbeing check of a man in crisis” at 9:41 p.m. on May 2.
Roughly five minutes later, the man shot at deputies between 12 to 15 times from his second-story window, authorities said. Nobody was injured in the shooting.

The suspect, identified by police as Seth Foresman, was arrested and charged with improper discharge of a weapon, inducing panic, and weapons while intoxicated.
