We called the Garmin Venu 4 the 'ideal fitness watch for everyone' — and it just crashed to a record low price at Amazon

Garmin deals aren’t as common as I would like, so any discount on our #1 favorite watch from the company is going to be a cause for celebration. Head to Amazon today and you’ll score a rare $50 off the top-rated Garmin Venu 4, knocking the price of the fitness watch down to $499.99.

Believe it or not, that’s actually a return to a record low price from the retailer, bringing the Garmin Venu 4 back to a point that we haven’t seen since Black Friday last year. Needless to say, if you want to tackle those 2026 fitness goals with the best Garmin watch on the market, now’s your chance.

our 4.5/5-star review, the Venu 4 may not be the most powerful or comprehensive fitness watch that Garmin has ever built, but it’s easily the best option for most people, thanks to a sophisticated blend of health tracking features, clean design choices, and good old-fashioned bang for the buck.

The Garmin Venu 4 features a vibrant AMOLED display with a durable steel construction that doesn’t make the watch feel too heavy, while under the hood you get high-end sensors for HRM, skin temp, ECG, SpO2, and more. The fitness watch also comes with the full suite of exercise features that have made Garmin famous, including training readiness, sleep coach, Body Battery, and 80 pre-installed sports modes straight out of the box.

In addition to all of the fitness tools, the Venu 4 boasts a handy built-in flashlight, 8GB of onboard storage, and dual-band GPS tracking. You even get up to 12 days of battery life on a single charge (five days if you have the Always On Display activated).

Having said that, the Garmin Venu 4 is ideal for most people, but it may not be for everyone. If you want an AI-powered watch to sync with your smartphone or act as a personal assistant, you may want to go with a more traditional Android watch. Similarly, if you have over $1,000 to spend, you’ll get a more comprehensive experience by going with a device like the Garmin Fenix 8.

If, however, you want a balanced fitness smartwatch with a clean design and all of fitness features you could ever need, then the Garmin Venu 4 is a great pick. It doesn’t get discounted very often, so if you’re ready to kickstart your 2026 fitness journey, now’s the time.
