Sets Hybrid Training has opened its 14th New Jersey location, leasing 3,200 square feet at 701 Route 70 in Marlton’s Staples Plaza.
The fitness studio opened in March at the 40,000-square-foot retail strip center, joining other tenants including Staples, Aldi and Riccardi Brothers Paint.
Sets specializes in hybrid strength, endurance and functional training programs.
The other locations in New Jersey are Barnegat, Brick, Eatontown, East Brunswick, Freehold, Green Brook, Hamilton, Jackson, Middletown, Neptune, Old Bridge, Princeton, and Toms River.
Bussel Realty Corp. brokered the lease on behalf of Sets Hybrid Training.
Chandler Vanderbeek and Connor Vanderbeek, both vice presidents at BRC Retail Services, represented the fitness studio in the transaction.
The landlord, Milelli Marlton LLC, worked with Vantage Real Estate Services.
