Balancing a career and life outside of work can be difficult for facility executives. Tia Freiburger doesn’t claim to have any magic solutions. 

“It’s a work in progress,” says Freiburger, the director of facilities and operations at Baltimore-based Under Armour. “I’m not an expert at it by any means.”
