CONNOR AND ESPOIR MICHALEK
Gevity Co-Founders

Connor and Espoir Michalek co-founded Gevity, a private wellness-forward workspace and social club in Austin. Inside, red light beds, treadmill desks, acupuncture and a health-focused cafe exist under one roof. “Most people are driving across the city, bouncing between five different places just to feel balanced,” Connor says. “We asked, what if that didn’t have to be the case? What if the place you came to work was also where you trained, recovered, and found your people?” The couple opened a new space less than a year ago and already has plans to expand. Plus, CEO Connor says he and COO Espoir intend to go: “deeper on programming and community [with] events, workshops, conversations worth having.” The Michaleks are archetypes for their vision: After waking at 6 a.m. Espoir starts her morning with electrolytes, oil pulling and some stretching, then they grab coffees to go and head to Gevity. Both train for about an hour, hop in the cold plunge, then the sauna, shower and reset before starting the workday and connecting with members. “Rhythm over intensity,” Espoir says. “That’s always been my philosophy.”

DOSS-CUNNINGHAM
Chairman and CEO, Nutrabolt

Presiding over Nutrabolt, a market leader in the functional beverage and active nutrition segments, means Doss Cunningham is a walking—technically, running—billboard. “What started over 20 years ago serving performance athletes has grown to meet everyday consumers,” he explains, “and today our products are available in more than 125 countries.” Nutrabolt’s Austin headquarters also represents the company’s mission: “to innovate, inspire, and make products that maximize human potential accessible to all.” Within its eight-acre campus are a world-class gym, basketball court, football field, and recovery areas, including a wellness center providing IVs, a sauna and cold plunge, and more. It also boasts an unlimited supply of Nutrabolt’s C4 Energy (performance drinks), XTEND (post-workout recovery and hydration), Cellucor (sports nutrition) and Bloom (supplements and energy drinks). While Cunningham takes nutritional supplements to function at the top of his game and tries to run 10 miles weekly, he also partakes in a steady diet of books, weekly massages, golf at Driftwood and meditation. His kryptonite? “Amy’s Ice Creams’ Mexican vanilla with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and peanut butter drizzle,” he says. Turns out this superman might be human after all.

MORGAN O’HARE
Present Practice co-founder, yoga teacher

In January, yoga teacher and Austin native Morgan O’Hare joined forces with her husband, Ryan, to open Present Practice, a 6,000-square-foot flagship studio in Downtown Austin housing a full yoga and Pilates schedule, a yoga school offering teacher trainings, and one of the most active international retreat and training programs in the country. Their plans are lofty: livestream classes, a café, yoga teacher training in Bali and at least 10 retreats before the year ends. “We are also in the early stages of exploring a dedicated retreat center,” she adds. Not surprisingly, O’Hare spoke at SXSW 2026 panels, sharing her take on conscious leadership and yoga philosophy. “The response reminded me how much hunger there is for this conversation right now—especially among entrepreneurs and creators who want to build something meaningful without burning out to do it.” Dressed in Lululemon (O’Hare is the brand’s newest Austin ambassador) and propped up by knowledge gleaned from books about quantum physics and the science of manifestation, the yogi says she is up for the task: “I believe deeply in being present and embodying who we want to become right now, not someday. Getting clear on how we want our lives to feel, and then creating from that place. That is what I practice personally and what I get to build into the business every day. It is one long, beautiful alignment.”
