How would you describe your approach to wellness? Wellness is about staying active, staying curious and staying connected. I love exploring new foods, workouts and practices. Wellness isn’t one thing; it’s being open to what helps you feel stronger, clearer and more grounded.
What is your goal for guests? I want every guest to try something new, such as contrast therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy or personalized wellness consultations. I’ve seen guests try yoga, boxing or guided breathwork for the first time— and you can see the shift in their eyes. When someone discovers something that changes how they feel in their body, that’s powerful. My goal is to help them find that moment.

What are your tips for staying motivated?
Consistency, realistic goals and accountability. Start with one achievable goal. Once you reach it, build from there. And, having a partner also makes a difference—someone who holds you accountable, encourages you and celebrates progress with you.
