The Brain-Body Therapy App is a mental wellness application that combines guided physical workouts with counselling-informed video content. The organization operates on the simple premise that “exercise has been proven to be one of the best treatments for mental health challenges.”

In essence, the services sandwich timed movement sessions between mental health-focused segments to support mood regulation, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation through the principle of neuroplasticity.

The Brain-Body Therapy App was created by Rio Wilson and released in 2025, with input from mental health professionals and global fitness consultants. Every element of the platform — including the original music, voiceover, and visual design — is intentionally crafted to address anxiety and depression by integrating clinical concepts from cognitive behavioural therapy with intentional movement.
