Expo will take place at the gym on June 13
The community is being invited to focus on healthy living while supporting local businesses during the upcoming 2nd Annual Health & Wellness Expo hosted by Compound Fitness Monroe on June 13 at its facility located at 329 S. Lumpkin Street in Monroe.

According to event organizers, the expo is designed to bring together local health and wellness businesses for a day of networking, community engagement and fitness-focused fun. Vendor spots are being offered free of charge, and organizers say the event will include workouts, games and activities for all ages, with a strong local turnout expected. Businesses interested in participating can contact the gym at 404-695-3968 or by email at cfmonga@gmail.com.
Now approaching nearly a year in its South Lumpkin Street location, Compound Fitness Monroe has continued expanding its footprint in the local fitness community through group training, boot camps, strength and conditioning programs and community-centered events. The gym has also hosted fundraisers and wellness initiatives since relocating downtown, including last year’s Health & Wellness Expo and community charity events. Its second fundraiser in support of The Heart of Madison, this year a Golf Tournament, is scheduled for Aug. 27 and brings the community together for a day of friendly competition and meaningful impact.
The facility promotes a welcoming environment for individuals at varying fitness levels and emphasizes both physical and mental wellness through its programming and community outreach efforts.
The expo is open to the public and aims to spotlight the growing number of health, fitness and wellness-related businesses serving the Monroe area.
