After a standout debut season, The HUB, a dynamic retail and event space, is returning to Bridgehampton with an expanded lineup of elevated shopping, beauty services, curated events, and wellness programming. Co‑founders Michael Catalano and Toni DeMauro are thrilled to announce that they’re building off last year’s momentum with a refreshed space and new concepts.
Guests can enjoy designer shopping. There will be a curated edit of elevated brands, including Kobi Halperin, Marc Jacobs, Jonathan Simkhai, Rebecca Taylor, PatBO, Lulu Frost, Jaline Resort, Isla & Saige, Taangerine Tiger, Montsera Collective, and Oleada. They will also be joined by Finicky Filly Charleston, a long‑standing luxury boutique showcasing designers such as Sigàl, Azulu, Mestiza, Marie Oliver, Farm Rio, Apaya handbags, Elizabeth and James The Label. There will be expanded men’s offering this season with POTRO, Neude, and Jack Of Spades. The HUB continues its commitment to uplifting local creators, showcasing The Bloom Room, Valencia Serna, Out East Eyewear, and Hamptons Sun, among others.
HUB Home also offers a rotating selection of high‑end estate finds, including designer furniture, art, lighting, rugs, and home goods.
MOKE, the open-air vehicle, will be returning to The HUB all season long for rentals, activations, and photo shoots.
There will be wellness and longevity activations. In July, The HUB will be hosting complimentary demonstrations with Emsculpt Neo, Emface, Exomind and Emsella, plus ongoing wellness programming all season long. Sculpt & Burn with Taylor Pearl will take place on Sunday, May 24, followed by Pilates & Barre Fusion with Kinetic by Kiki Christopher on Monday, May 25. On Sunday, May 24, The HUB, in association with Southampton Animal Shelter, will present a special puppy yoga experience. The class will be led by Erica Velasquez of Evolveast Yoga, and Drift Wellness will provide their signature luxury mobile wellness experience, including premium hot sauna and cold plunge tubs.
Community and nonprofit partnerships will include Hamptons Pride, ARF Hamptons (Animal Rescue Foundation), and The Retreat. The first such event will be a “Kickoff to Pride Month” event with Hamptons Pride on Sunday, May 31. The event will promote The Hamptons Pride Parade on June 6 and the Annual Cocktail Party Fundraiser at LongHouse Reserve on June 20.
“The HUB remains the only venue in the Hamptons that provides a showcase opportunity for brands and services. With rents being notoriously expensive, The HUB’s multi‑brand collective model offers brands an affordable option and exposure out East. HUB (Health, Unity, Beauty) provides a unique shopping and lifestyle experience,” said Co‑Founders Michael Catalano and Toni DeMauro.
This season, The HUB is receiving a vibrant summer refresh, including a new mural by visual artist Alex Alpert, whose collection of works will also be on display throughout the space. As both a luxury lifestyle destination and an evolving art gallery, The HUB will feature a robust calendar of events, with additional artists exhibiting their work over the course of the season.
To celebrate its return, The HUB will also host an invite‑only, disco‑themed opening party on Friday, May 22, produced by event curator Billy Folchetti. The disco‑era throwback will feature more than 20 food and beverage vendors, a mirrored dance floor, a standout DJ, and a cascade of disco balls to set the mood.
“I came up with the theme Disco Dreamland as an open-air echo of Studio 54. I am reimagining classic disco elements and presenting it in a sculpted fashion: mirrored surfaces, light, and the classic (disco) texture transformed into something a bit more sculptural,” said Billy Folchetti. “It’s that sexy 1970s allure redefined, not replicated, retro glamour with an elevated yet modern approach.”
The HUB is located at 2183 Montauk Hwy in Bridgehampton.
