Kim Kardashian Says She Has ‘Pill Fatigue’ from the 35 Supplements She Takes Every Day to Stay Young

35 supplements a day, split into three doses, is what Kim Kardashian says it takes to keep her body running the way she wants it to at 45.

She shared the number after calling into the most recent episode of Amy Poehler’s Good Hang podcast, which was actually booked around comedy writer and actress Paula Pell (the conversation covered being “born at 50 years old,” working on Pleasure Island, and Pell’s newest best friend, Kim Kardashian). Kim joined fresh off a lower-body session with her “crazy bodybuilder trainer” (squats and walking lunges, for the record). The conversation drifted from creatine to her broader stack, and then she dropped it: “I take probably 35 supplements a day. I spread them out three times a day.”

The pill she hates most is fish oil. She tried to quit it. “I thought, ‘Okay, I can’t do this fish oil right now, like anymore. I have pill fatigue. I have to stop these fish oil [supplements].’” Then her bloodwork came back and the deficiency was so obvious she had to start again. The pills, she said, are “just so big.”

Poehler, sympathetic, agreed fish oil is rough because “you taste it for a long time,” and noted that the sheer volume of supplements women are now expected to take is something “our moms did not know about or talk about at all.”

Kim’s fix would be skipping the pills entirely. “I wish there was like an IV drip I could do every day, and I would just do it on my way to work.”

She hasn’t released the full list of 35, but the recurring names in her stack are fish oil, creatine, cognitive nootropics, and NMN, the NAD+ precursor that longevity obsessives swear slows cellular aging. She’s been on NMN daily for over a year.

The supplements are one piece of a much bigger operation. On the bone-density front, she described the setup in full: “I actually know a portable DEXA scan person that comes in a van… Each one of my sisters and my mom, we all live in the same gated community, so we have the van drive by and we all jump in the van and you just lay down and it scans your body maybe like three minutes. And it tells you all about your bone density.” A 2025 Prenuvo full-body MRI caught a long-standing brain aneurysm she later discussed on The Kardashians and Good Morning America.

She’s also financially tied to the scene. In October 2025, Kim was one of the named backers in the $60 million raise for Blueprint, Bryan Johnson’s longevity company (his personal slogan is, simply, “don’t die”). She had dinner at Johnson’s house in June 2024 alongside Khloé, Kris, Andrew Huberman, and Dr. Jason Diamond, an evening that ended by 7:30 p.m. for sleep optimization and included a group shot of olive oil.

Goodbye green juice and Pilates. Now it’s bloodwork, biomarkers, scans on demand, and a daily regimen big enough to exhaust the person taking it.
