BP Training in Southborough is promoting a free program for high school teens. The program extends beyond physical fitness, with the hope to also empower teens with life skills and “Strength. Confidence. Purpose.”
The program is open to 14-19 year olds of all fitness levels to participate, but capacity is limited.
The LIZZ Project holds classes on Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:00 – 5:00 pm. Participants sign up for a 6-week session, with an option to continue to the next round.
BP Training co-owner Becky Pollinger shared that she has “joined forces” with Encompass (the community coalition focused on preventing and reducing substance misuse in Northborough and Southborough) as their new Business Sector Representative. Through that partnership, BP Training is “excited to offer” a program she launched in memory of her sister:
The LIZZ Project was created to help teens build confidence, self-worth, resilience, and healthier lifestyle habits through fitness, mentorship, mindset development, and positive community support. The program combines strength and conditioning, nutrition education, goal setting, and empowerment activities in a supportive environment designed to help young people realize their potential both inside and outside the gym.

The L.I.Z.Z. Project was created in her honor-to help teens understand their worth, build confidence, and choose a better path… one she didn’t get the chance to.
