PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) – The Paducah Planning Department will partner with Community Financial Services Bank(CFSB) to host a Financial Wellness Workshop.
The workshop will take place at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, in the CFSB Community Room at 2550 Irvin Cobb Drive. Admission is free. No preregistration is required.
The workshop will include an overview of the Southside Housing Incentive Program, including the Homeowner Grant and Developer Grant.
CFSB representatives will also cover financial management topics such as the home loan process, understanding and improving credit scores, and steps toward homeownership.
CFSB will share details about its role in the Southside Revitalization Plan, including an offer of up to 100% financing for eligible home rehabilitation and construction projects within the Southside’s Phase One Program Area.
“We are thrilled to partner with CFSB on this Financial Wellness Workshop,” Planning Director Carol Gault said. “Participants will gain valuable tools to improve their financial well-being, strengthen their credit, and make informed financial decisions.”
