MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – Mississippi’s Distinguished Young Women Program has come to a close, and a winner has been selected to represent the Magnolia State.
Lauderdale County’s Anna Grace Terry will head to Mobile, Alabama, next year to represent our state in the National Program. Terry also won the Overall Self-Expression Award in this year’s program. She also won scholastic and fitness preliminary awards.
This year’s 1st alternate is Petal’s Elyse Bolling, 2nd alternate is Pearl River County’s Natalie Thompson, and 3rd alternate is Starkville’s Katie Chung. Clarke County’s Lily Kate Johnson was also in the program’s top 10.
