— RHP Michael Hilker was promoted to High-A by the Minnesota Twins on Monday after performing well at Single-A. He was 6-2 with four saves and a 2.75 ERA at Fort Myers (Fla.). He also had 64 strikeouts and only 24 walks in 52 1/3 innings. He reports to High-A Cedar Rapids (Iowa) with 18 games left in the regular season.
