Launching September 10 in stores and online, Target Beauty Studio is designed around product discovery and personalized service. Dedicated beauty advisors will offer recommendations and guidance, while select products will be available for testing. A central table will feature interactive storytelling, sampling and rotating brand activations, beginning with Lake & Skye fragrances.

The space will also feature rotating “Editors’ Picks”, “Most Loved” and “Standouts of the Season” displays, as well as a dedicated assortment of minis designed to give shoppers a lower-cost way to try new products. Target Circle members will receive exclusive offers and experiences tied to the concept.

“When guests shop for beauty, they want to pick up their standbys while also exploring what’s new and trending, and Target Beauty Studio is designed with that mix in mind,” said Amanda Nusz, senior vice president of merchandising, essentials and beauty, Target.

“It’s an inspiring destination to discover what’s new, now and next in beauty — and a powerful example of how our merchandising authority comes to life through an elevated guest experience.”

More than two-thirds of the brands featured in Target Beauty Studio will be new to the retailer.

The assortment spans skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, bath and body, nails and sun care. Skincare brands include Clearstem, Eqqualberry, First Aid Beauty and Sunday Riley, while the haircare offering includes Bondi Boost, Briogeo, Joico and Nioxin. The launch also brings a selection of K-beauty brands such as Amuse, Kaja and Rom&nd, alongside Korean skincare names including Dr.Melaxin, Purito Seoul and Sungboon Editor.

The concept further expands Target’s international beauty offering with Mexican brand Sarelly and French nailcare label Manucurist, while the fragrance assortment includes Lake & Skye, Boy Smells and Smooch. Styling and accessory brands include Slickhair, Machete and Slip, with suncare and self-tanning products from Bask, Dune, Peta Jane Beauty and Tan-Luxe.

The new concept marks the retailer’s latest investment in beauty as it looks to strengthen its assortment and return to growth. Target said the Beauty Studio assortment and experience will continue to evolve throughout the year with new brands, collaborations and seasonal discoveries.
