Over the past decade I’ve coached over 1,000 men. Several dozen of them have been diabetics, and we’ve helped them reverse it naturally. These are the 5 supplements I use to lower blood sugar and A1C, the 3 things I tell guys to avoid, and why supplements are the ROOFTOP of the house, not the foundation.

THE 5
1. Berberine – works the same pathways as metformin. Take it with your first meal, and only once you know blood sugar is a problem for you. On metformin or any blood sugar meds? Talk to your doctor before you add it.
2. Creatine monohydrate – 5 g a day, every day. No loading, no special time.
3. Protein – 150-200 g a day, at least half from real food. A shake just makes it easier.
4. Caffeine – a natural appetite suppressant that makes fasting through the morning easier. Keep it to 400 mg or less, all of it before 1 PM.
5. Psyllium husk – concentrated fiber. Aim for ~30 g of fiber a day, food first.
AVOID
Apple cider vinegar gummies, cinnamon gummies, fat burners.
