Hello Guys welcome to my open air gym where I enjoy my open air workout every morning. At 43yrs, morning exercise and very healthy nutrition is very important. A pre workout meal loaded with antioxidant, protein, healthy fat and vitamin is much recommended.

Today workout is an ab workout for a flat belly. My open air gym provides adequate oxygen, fresh air and nature. It effective for a great open air gym exercises for muscle growth, fat burning, de stress, fitness and vitality.
