LOCKDOWN BODYBUILDING GOALS: THE BULKING DIET AND THE ONLY SUPPLEMENTS THAT YOU REQUIRE FOR BULKING

As we go through the bulking phrase of our Lockdown Bodybuilding Goals program, I would like to share my views on the diet and the only supplements that you require for bulking. My views are as follow:

* I’m in favour of having 5 meals a day as opposed to 8-10 meals as espoused by many bodybuilding websites and people associated with the sport.
* During the bulking period, majority of your food (about 60 percent) should comprise of carbs.
* The only supplements that you require for bulking is a mass gainer and multivitamin tablets. Beginners may use creatine monohydrate along with the other two supplements. There is absolutely no need to take anything else like BCAAs, glutamine etc.
