Today we are finishing up the toddler nutrition series! The topic of the day is going to be vitamin deficiency symptoms and ways to detect and handle possible food allergies . I was nervous to feed my daughter certain foods that are known to cause food allergies, however I realized that the best way to handle the situation was to feed her the foods that are known to cause allergies (such as peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, shellfish, fish, etc) in small doses and keep a close eye and watch her very carefully for the duration of the feeding and the hours that followed.

We all have friends and family giving us advice on vitamins and how to feed your child but I want to emphasize that If you have any questions or concerns please always ask or consult your pediatrician first. I am not a doctor or professional (Yet). This video is for entertainment and me giving some insight into the research I’ve done thus far. Plus I just love talking about nutrition and food and I’m a mommy so I blended all of my loves together and made these videos 🙂
