Ringworm
Ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin. It appears as a ring like patch on the skin, which is itchy and has red blisters. This condition is contagious in nature.

Food groups to consume in ringworm:
1. Vitamin A: Helps the body destroy the fungi & also aids repair
of skin tissue
Foods to consume: Egg yolks, pumpkins, carrots, kale, mustard greens, tomatoes, mangoes, apricots and papaya
2. Vitamin E: Helps the body fight this infection & prevents any
scar formation on the skin
Foods to consume: Nuts, wheat germ, avocados, olive oil & rice bran oil.
3. Vitamin C: Promotes healing of skin wounds
Foods to consume: Gooseberries, oranges, lemons, guavas, kiwis, tomatoes, papaya, pineapple, strawberries, bell peppers, broccoli, cabbage, spinach, capsicum and sweet potatoes
