1- Paracetamol (panadol 500mg) for fever.
2- Dextromethorphan(Kafosed)syrup for cough.
3-Brufen is not allowed to use in Asthma patients, COPD, Pneumonia. so in covid-19 patients viral pneumonia is developed and #ibubrufen will cause shortness of breathing.
4- use vitamin c and food supplements. containing vitamin-D, ZINC.
5- foods containing vitamin c, is alternative if you can’t find in tablets form.
