Very easy to take and the chewable cherry tablets actually taste good. Love that this product contains b12 in the superior Methylobalamin form vs the laboratory made cyancobalmin form. Needed a product that contained vitamin b12 and folic acid and this one is great. Will buy again and recommend for anyone who needs folic acid and vitamin b12.
