In line with our 46th Nutrition Month Celebration, everyone must not forget to eat “Go Foods”, it gives you energy for your daily activities, and to maintain brain functions (food for the brain). If you’re avoiding rice or try to lose weight, skipping “Go Foods” is not the solution, thus, it makes you worse. Instead, replace it with root crops, like potato, cassava or sweet potato or whatever “Go Foods” that goes along with your meal.
