They’re capsules so if done properly you won’t even taste them, but if you leave them in your mouth before you realize you’re beverage-less (like me most of the time) you can taste the citrusy nutrient-y taste.
It’s not meant to be a great tasting product, just a quality supplement so I still gave it 5 stars for taste. However, I definitely don’t recommend breaking up one of the capsules and mixing it into your morning water, or coffee.

Just swallow the capsule and get the benefits of vitamin c into your daily routine! If you’re serious about boosting your immunity, these are taken 2 at a time and you can take that dose up to three times daily, so your daily max would be 6 capsules.

Opened it up and was thrown off by the cotton ball, but I guess it’s to help the capsules not break during transport. It has a strong orange like smell, also a bit thrown off by how big the capsules are.
I’ve been taking 2 a day which is less than the recommended dose but I will probably add another 2 to my routine in time. Really love how I am able to take this for an added immune boost during these covid times.
