Hey friends! In this Corona outbreak situation, Today I am presenting a healthy recipe for you. As I am a masters student of Dietetics and Food Service Management , I have tried to guide about foods and their nutritive values, their health benefits and effects of food in our body.
Today I have prepare Mango Banana Smoothie which is one such thick and creamy smoothie that is prepared by combining two best nutritious fruits Mango and Banana. Apart from these two fruits I have also use Milk to make it thicker, creamier and for richer sweet taste it also have Honey
Mango Banana smoothie have several Health benefits, like
@ Mango Smoothie has a reasonable proportion of Vitamin C, Vitamin A. All these are helpful in boosting our immune system.
@ This smoothie is highly beneficial in gaining weight .
@ This is the most delicious drink and filled with important nutrients. It helps to increase red blood cells count in blood, thus this drink is beneficial for anaemia patients.
@ The sufficient amount of Vitamin A present in mango beneficial for good eyesight.
@ Mango is rich in potassium and magnesium, which helps to keep blood pressure under control.
