I have been trying to lose weight and i have changed my food habits drastically.
One of our family friends’ Mr Sushanta Nath who was also my personal fitness trainer in the past was really kind to cater me with a diet plan for all 07 days in a week and I have been trying to follow it as strictly as possible and I have been feeling really good about myself. Hence, I decided to share one of the contents of my meal.
So, if you are also looking forward to lose some weight or just focus on eating healty then you are going to love this video and the recipe.
Its basically Palak Chhole but my variation to make it as healthy as possible along with a really quick and guiltfree salad to munch away.
Nutritional value:
1)Palak as in spinach is rich in Vitamin A, B12, B6, C, D, E and K and has as little as 23 calories per 100gms. Its also rich in fiber which means it will manage hunger for a prolonged period.
2) Chhole or bengal grams though high in calorie are a great source of protein and are widely used by people who are trying to lose weight. Also its full of Vitamin A and D.
3) Pear-is jam-packed with Vitamins and other essential minerals. again excellent source of fiber and helps in maintaining a healthy intestine and gut.
4) Pomegranates are loaded with important nutrients like fiber, protein, Vitamin C,K, Folate ( great for hair skin and ovaries,) and potassium. They also have anti inflammatory properties that are going to relieve any muscular or joint pain incase you are getting back into working out.
