healthy ladoos for boosting immunity in times of corona
COVID-19 : laddu for IMMUNITY

I have made these healthy and yummy immunity boosting laddus for you and your family. By now, we are all bored of having kadha everyday 🙁

Making these laddus, for your loved ones, is a special way of saying that you care. And don’t forget to add the secret ingredient(LOVE), we all need it now more than ever 🙂

INGREDIENTS:
🌿2 tbsp ghee
🌿3/4 cup wheat flour
🌿2 tbsp saunth (dry ginger powder)
🌿1 tbsp turmeric powder
🌿1 tbsp fennel seed powder
🌿1/2 tsp black pepper powder
🌿1/2 tsp cinnamon
🌿1 tsp coriander powder
🌿1/4 cup grated dry coconut
🌿1/4 cup crushed almonds
🌿1/8 cup crushed cashews
🌿4-5 tulsi drops (you can add it to the jaggery syrup)
🌿 3/4 cup jaggery
🌿 1/3 cup water
🌿 sesame & muskmelon seeds for coating (optional)
🌿cashew for decoration(optional)

In the video, I completely forgot to add tulsi, which is an important ingredient. Please do add either tulsi drops to your jaggery syrup or boil 9-10 tulsi leaves with the jaggery syrup. You will need to strain the syrup incase you are using fresh leaves.
