In the current Video, I am going to compare between Natural foods and supplements.

What is Natural Foods?

Anything we consumes which comes from the natural sources.
Examples: vegetable, fish, milk, animal flesh.

What is supplements ?

Anythings we consumes which fulfills the shortcomings of the nutrients in the body which foods can’t provide.
Examples: Protein supplements, vitamins and minerals tablets.

Natural food and supplements can be compare based on the:
1. Sources
2. Results
3. Requirements
4. Needs
5. Side effects

1. Sources:

Natural foods

It comes from plants and trees, animals.

Supplements

It comes from the extracts of nutrients from the foods.

2.Results:

Natural Foods

The result is slow due to slow food breakdown process.

Supplements

The result is faster due to faster breakdown process. And its already available in the nutrients form.

3. Requirements

Natural foods

Food is our basic requirements. Supplements cannot work alone without eating foods.

Supplements

Supplements is not our basic requirements.
If you are fit then you don’t require any supplements.

4. Needs

Natural Foods

Food is a neccesity of life, we can’t live without it.

You can take supplements if you face any problems related to health. But should take it by doctors recommendation.
Bodybuilders can take supplements to enhance its performance.

5. Side effects

Natural Foods

There are mostly no side effect seen from natural foods. Side effect can comes if food is adultrated or eating timing is not correct or way of eating is not correct.

Supplements

In supplements, side effects generally seen when it is consumed continuously for a long period of time with no period break down gaps. Sometimes consumption of supplements is also depended upon the goal of the fitness enthusiast.
