My Current Supplement Routine!

Today I’m sharing my current supplement routine with you 😀
You’ll see that it’s pretty streamline, with just a few things to help compliment my fairly healthy lifestyle.

Amino H2O is the first thing I have in the morning to help support my muscles and hydrate me during my workouts:

Then I have my multivitamin and a few other things my naturopath has recommended.
By the end of the day I wind down with 2 capsules of renew about 30-45 minutes before bed:

Renew helps me fall asleep faster and easier, as well as stay asleep to help boost cell regeneration, hormonal balance and energy!
